Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 Tablespoons buttermilk

Directions

Combine the cream and buttermilk and mix well. Cover and let stand at room temperature until thick, 8-24 hours. Refrigerate up to 10 days.
